Three finger click doesn't work in preview

I recently updated my system to sierra, after the update, the look up & data detector doesn't work in Preview, which I use it every day to read PDF files. However, detector is working in the browser, does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thank you so much!

My computer also does not work even though the function is enabled in the System Preferences of trackpad.

Opening PDF file with Safari (drag & drop) has no such problem. But this way is troublesome.

I hope the clear solution. Thank you.
